Visit from Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London

As part of their field trip through Sweden and Finland, master students from the Royal School of Mines at Imperial College London visited Nordic Iron and the project in Blötberget outside Ludvika.

The film was shot at one of the ongoing exploration wells in Blötberget. In the clip, Professor Stephen Neethling - who leads the Master's program in Technical and Financial Evaluation of Mining Projects - explains the purpose of the visit and what the students get out of seeing a mining project in development.

We appreciate the opportunity to provide insights into how a modern mining operation is planned and developed.

During the day, they were given a presentation of our project in Blötberget by Nordic Iron's CEO Ronne Hamerslag, chief geologist Johan Högnäs and geologist Emma Bäckström
