On November 6, Nordic Iron CEO Ronne Hamerslag will be one of the invited speakers at the “From Mineral to Functional Magnet” event at Uppsala University.
The workshop brings together representatives from the research community and industry to strengthen collaboration along Sweden’s value chain for rare earth elements and permanent magnets—from mineral resources to finished magnet products.
For Nordic Iron, the area is of interest due to its potential to produce apatite concentrate containing phosphorus and rare earth elements as a byproduct of the planned iron ore production.
