New discovery. Important ore deposit confirmed at depth

Using an underwater robot (ROV), we have investigated the Bergslag shaft in the Blötberget mine, at depths of 230 and 340 meters, and have been able to confirm an important addition of ore.

Using an underwater robot (ROV), we have investigated the Bergslag shaft in the Blötberget mine, at depths of 230 and 340 meters, and have been able to confirm an important addition of ore. The surveys showed that there is more ore left in the mine than we previously knew!

The survey was conducted between November 4 and 6, 2024, and we would like to thank the local companies Bergslagens Kranlyft AB, AEB AB and Gruvteknik i Blötberget AB for their valuable support. The underwater robot, developed and built by Hydrabotics, is used by their team to carry out the work.

We will follow up with more results on this in future posts.
